Back in the 1970s, Richard Bandler and John Grinder began exploring what made brilliant therapists like Fritz Perls, Virginia Satir, and Milton Erickson so effective. They noticed something fascinating: our unconscious communicates through images, sounds, sensations, even smells and inner dialogue—like a secret code. Change the code, and you change the experience.
